Interview with Joaquin Vial - Legal Affairs Manager in Australis Seafoods

In our second interview (English, subtitles in Spanish), we discuss the experience implementing a delivery model for a Legal area that views Legal as a service provider to the business, Legal as a Service (LaaS). We have David Cannon as a guest interviewer, an expert in Enterprise Service Management,  the framework that we used in Australis Seafoods. In the first half, David will help us explain how this model, based on the ITIL framework from the IT world, applies to other areas in the organization such as Legal. In the second half, David will interview Joaquín Vial, Legal Affairs Manager in Australis Seafoods, who will share his experience implementing this approach for a little over a year that we have been working with them.
